| dc.description.abstract | The polarographic and voltammetric behaviour of 3-allyl-4-hydroxyazo benzene was studied at room temperature using various electrochemical techniques. In this study, the electrode reaction for the azo compound were investigated using SWV, DPP, DCP and CV. The reduction of the azo group to amino group in acidic media and hydrazo step in neutral and basic media was observed.
