Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH)-Induced Bullous Hemorrhagic Dermatosis

Unfractionated heparin (UFH) and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) are associated with side effects including hematomas, skin necrosis, contact dermatitis, and urticaria.
