Ekonomik Çarpan Katsayılarının Girdi-Çıktı Analizi İle Hesaplanması ve Türkiye Uygulaması

Abstract

Endüstrilerarası iktisat, ekonomide üretim ve tüketim sektörleri arasındaki yapısal bağınlaşmanın analizi ile ilgilidir. Endüstrilerarası iktisatın temelini ise girdi-çıktı modelleri oluşturur. Bu çalışmada girdi-çıktı modellerinin analizi ile Türkiye ekonomisinin yapısını ve ekonominin kilit sektörlerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde girdi-çıktı modelinin ve uygulamalarının Dünya'daki ve Türkiye'deki tarihi gelişimi üzerinde durulmaktadır.Çalışmanın yöntem bölümünde, girdi-çıktı modelleri; arz, kullanım ve girdi-çıktı tabloları, girdi ve çıktı katsayıları, Leontief ters matrisi, çarpan katsayıları, bağlantı etkileri ve kilit sektörler başlıkları altında incelenmektedir. Bulgular bölümünde ise, Türkiye ekonomisinin en son hazırlanan tabloları olan 1998 ve 2002 Girdi-Çıktı tabloları üzerinden hesaplanan sektörlerin çarpan katsayıları ve bağlantı etkileri analiz edilmekte ve çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde yorumlanmaktadır.Bağlantı etkileri büyüklüklerine göre imalat sanayinde yer alan birçok sektörün yoğun ara girdi kullanımı nedeniyle ekonomi çapında üretimi tetikleyen, lokomotif sektörler olma niteliği taşıdıkları görülmektedir. Ekonomi politikası karar alıcıları ekonomiyi canlandırmayı hedeflediklerinde, söz konusu kilit sektörlere karşı olan nihai talebi artırıcı nitelikte politikalar izleyerek toplam üretimi daha hızlı artırma imkanına sahiptirler.Anahtar kelimeler: Leontief Girdi-Çıktı Modeli, Girdi-Çıktı Tablosu, Girdi Katsayıları Matrisi, Ters Leontief Matrisi, Çarpan Katsayıları, Bağlantı Etkileri, Kilit Sektörler

Inter-industrial economics deals with the analysis of the structural connection between production and consumption sectors within the economy. Input-output models form the basis of the inter-industrial economics. In this study, it is intented to present the structure of the Turkish Economy and the key sectors in the economy by the analysis of input-output models . In the second section, the historical evolution of the input-output model and its applications in the world and Turkey is elaborated.In the methods section, input-output model is studied under the headings of supply, use and input-output tables, input and output coefficients, Leontief inverse matrix, multipliers, linkage effects and key sectors. The multipliers and linkage effects of the sectors calculated on the 1998 and 2002 input-output tables, the last input-output data of the Turkish economy, are analysed in the findings section and then are interpreted in the results section.According to the magnitudes of the linkage effects, many sectors within the manifacturing industry seem to be the key sectors that trigger production in the whole economy with their intense use of immediate inputs.
