This study aims to determine the extent of leisure participation, digital addiction, and phubbing tendencies among adolescents. This study was descriptive correlational study. The study was conducted with a sample of 410 adolescents in a province in Northern X. As the data collection tools, an Information Form, the Leisure Activity Participation Scale, the Digital Addiction Scale for Adolescents, and the Phubbing (Sociotelism) Scale for Adolescents were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskall-Wallis, and Spearman correlation analysis. The mean age of the adolescents participating in the study was 16.16 +/- 3.65 years, and the mean time spent in the digital environment was 3.10 +/- 1.55 h per day. The mean total score for adolescents on the Leisure Activity Participation Scale was 123.97 +/- 22.57. The mean total score on the digital addiction scale for teenagers was 25.14 +/- 7.50, and the mean total score on the phubbing scale for adolescents was 43.71 +/- 17.93. A significant relationship was found between participation in leisure activities, digital addiction, and phubbing scores (R = 0.679, R2adjusted = 0.458, F(2.407) = 173.841, p = 0.000). The variables accounted for 45.8% of the variance in the phubbing score observed in the adolescent age group. The results of this study indicate that participation in leisure activities and the level of digital addiction among adolescents are significant predictors of phubbing behavior.en_US
