Üreteroskopi Sonrası Proksimal Üreter Kopması Gelişen Olguda Ototransplantasyon Deneyimi

Abstract

Üreteroskopik uygulamalar esnasında çeşitli üreteral yaralanmalar gelişebilmektedir. Üreterin kopması gibi ciddi istenmeyen yan etkiler üriner sistemin devamlılığının yeniden sağlanması için ayrı bir cerrahi işlem gerektirmektedir. Nefrektomi, ileal üreter interpozisyonu, transüreteroüreterostomi ve ototransplantasyon bu amaçla yapılabilecek uygulamalardır. Bu yazıda üreteroskopi esnasında proksimal üreter kopması gelişmiş olarak tarafımıza sevk edilen bir olguda böbrek koruyucu yaklaşım olarak uyguladığımız ototransplantasyon deneyimi aktarılmış ve bu tedavi seçeneği tartışılmıştır.Introduction: Ureteral complications could be observed during ureteral procedures. Ureteral avulsions could require an additional procedure to restore the continuity of the urinary tract. Nephrectomy, ileal ureter interposition, transureteroureterostomy and autotransplantation are the possible theurapeutic options. We reported an autotransplantation following total avulsion of the ureter secondary to a ureteric intervention and discussed this theurapeutic procedure.
