dc.description.abstractThis study is search for applying strategic management in financial management. It is an interdiscipliner methodology. It applies strategic management with Balanced Scorecard technic of Robert Kaplan and David Norton. Bot hare academic and practitioners. Balanced scorecard considers firm performance with financial variables and organizational variables. Financial analysist considers creditee's credit rating with organizational performance in addition to financial performance. Case study methodology is used in this study. and analysist applied internal-external environment analyses in order to determine organizational performance of creditee firm.en_US
