Simenit Gölü (Terme-Samsun-Türkiye) Algleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

IV SİMENİT GÖLÜ (TERME, SAMSÜN-TÜRKİYE) ALGLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Simenit Gölü alg floras ve mevsimsel değişimi Hüsran 2000-Mayıs 2001 tarihleri arasında gölü temsil eden 4 istasyonda incelenmiştir. Alg florasında Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cryptophyta, Cyanophyta, Dinophyta, Euglenophyta ve Xanthophyta divizyolarma ait 210 takson bulunmuştur. Tespit edilen 210 taksonun 101'i Bacillariophyta, 39' u Euglenophyta, 37' si Chlorophyta, 27' si Cyanophyta, 4' ü Dinophyta 1 ' i Cryptophyta ve 1 ' i Xanthophyta divizyosuna aittir. Fitoplankton ve epifitik alg komunitelerde Bacillariophyta toplam tür sayısının %49' unu oluşturarak dominant, Euglenophyta ve Chlorophyta üyeleri ise subdominant olmuştur. Bacillariophyta divizyosunun Pennales ordosundan Cocconeis pediculus, C. placentula, Rhoicosphenia curvata, Synedra ulna, Amphora ovalis, Centrales ordosundan C. meneghimana ve C. glomerata her iki komunitede en bol bulunan türler olmuşlardır. İstasyonlarda fitoplanktonun mevsimsel değişimi farklı olmuştur. Bunda istasyonların konumu ve farklı özellikler taşıması etken olmuştur. Gölün sığ olması nedeniyle dikey yönde fitoplanktonun dağılımında bir fark görülmemiştir. Simenit Gölü morfometrik yapısı, belirli aylarda farklı türlerin aşın çoğalması, suyun fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri ile tipik ötrof göller grubuna girmektedir. AN INVESTIGATION ON ALGAE LAKE SİMENİT (TERME, SAMSUN - TURKEY) ABSTRACT Algae flora and its seasonal variation in Simenit Lake were studied among four stations between June 2000 and May 2001. 210 taxa were identified belonging to divisio of Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cryptophyta, Cyanophyta, Dinophyta, Euglenophyta and Xanthophyta. The 210 taxa that identified 101 Bacillariophyta, 39 Euglenophyta, 37 Chlorophyta, 27 Cyanophyta, 4 Dinophyta, 1 Cryptophyta and 1 Xanthophyta belonged to these division. Bacillariophyta was found to be dominant involving 49 % of total species number. Euglenophyta and Chlorophyta members were subdominant in phytoplankton and epiphytic alg community. Cocconeis pediculus, C. placentula, Rhoicosphenia curvata, Synedra ulna, Amphora avails in order Pennales of Bacillariophyta, C. meneghiniana and C. glomerata in order Centrales were the most common species in both communities. The seasonal variation of phytoplankton had different between stations. These variations between stations may be due to their different geographic locations. There was no difference in vertical distributions of phytoplankton due to the lake was shallow. In conclusion, it is decided that Simenit Lake can be classified as an eutrophic lake due to its morfhological structure, blooms of different species in certain months and physical, chemical properties of water.
