Rekurrent Girişli Kuyruk Modellerinin Analizi ve Uygulaması

Abstract

IÖZETrBu çalışmada, GI / M / 3 / 0 kuyruk sistemi incelenmiş ve bu sistemin aşağıdaki temelgöstergeleri elde edilmiştir:Sistemin durum olasılıklarıâ ¢Kaybolan müşteri akımıâ ¢Müşterinin kaybolma olasılığıâ ¢Ayrıca gelişlerarası sürelerin sabit olduğu varsayımı altında kaybolma olasılığının enküçük olduğu açıklanmıştır.Elde edilen bu sonuçlar TC Ziraat Bankası Saathane Samsun Şubesinde müşterilereverilen telefon hizmetlerinde kullanılmıştır.

IIABSTRACTrIn this study, GI / M / 3 / 0 queueing system was considered and the followingfundamental characteristics were obtained:The state probabilities of the systemâ ¢The stream of the customer lossâ ¢The loss probability of the customersâ ¢Also, we have shown that the loss probability is minimum under the assumption that theinterarrival time is fixed.The results that we found were applied to the customers who have taken services by thetelephone at the Branch of Saathane, TC Ziraat Bank in Samsun.
