Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerine Yönelik Özel Yetenekli Çocuklarla İlgili Hizmet İçi Eğitim Programı Etkililiği

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi öğretmenlerine yönelik, özel yetenekli çocuklarla ilgili eğitim programının etkililiğini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada ön test – son test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada çalışma grubunu, resmi ve özel okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 58 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Çalışma verileri 'Katılımcılara İlişkin Kişisel Bilgiler Formu', 'Özel Yetenekliler Başarı Testi' ve 'Program Sonu Değerlendirme Formu' aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Deney grubundaki okul öncesi öğretmenlerine 3 gün 18 saatten oluşan, araştırmacının hazırladığı özel yeteneklilere ilişkin bilgi ve farkındalık düzeyini artırmayı temel alan eğitim programı uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde parametrik testlerden T- testi ve Anova kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda deney grubu öğretmenlerin öntest-sontest puan ortalamaları arasında son test lehine; deney ve kontrol grubu sontest puan ortalamaları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı fark çıkmıştır. Ayrıca program sonu değerlendirme görüşlerine göre de eğitim programının etkili olduğu görülmüştür.In this study, it was aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the education program for preschool teachers about specially gifted children. In the research, experimental design with pretest-posttest control group was used. The study group consisted of 58 pre-school teachers working in public and private preschool education institutions. The study data were obtained through 'Personal Information Form for Participants', 'Special Skilled Achievement Test' and 'Program End Assessment Form'. A training program based on increasingthelevel of knowledgeandawareness of specialtalentedchildren, consisting of 3 days and 18 hours, was applied topre-school teachers in the experimental group. T-test and Anova, which are among the parametric tests, were used in the analysis of the data. At the end of there search, among the pretest-posttest mean scores of the experiment group teachers, in favor of the posttest; There was a significant difference between the experimental and control group posttest mean scores in favor of the experimental group. In addition, according to the end-of-program evaluation views, the training program was found to be effective.
