Sinop İli Bektaşağa ve Taşmanlı Göletleri Alg Florası Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Mayıs 1995 - Mayıs 1996 tarihleri arasında yapılan bu araştırmada Sinop İli Taşmanlı ve Bektaşağa Göletleri'nde dağılım gösteren alg türleri incelenmiştir. Her ay düzenli olarak toplanan örnekler ışık mikroskobunda morfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenerek sistematik durumları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma sonunda fitoplanktona ait toplam 78 takson bulunmuştur. Bunların 13'ü Cyanophyta, 10'u Euglenophyta, l'i Pyrrophyta, 13'ü Chrysophyta ve 41'i Chlorophyta divisiosuna aittir. Göletler ayrı ayrı ele alındığında, Bektaşağa Göleti'nde 12 Cyanophyta (%18.5), 10 Euglenophyta (%15.3), 12 Chrysophyta (%18.5), 31 Chlorophyta ÇAA1J) divisiolanna ait toplam 65 takson saptanmıştır. Taşmanlı Göleti'nde ise 11 Cyanophyta (%19), 10 Euglenophyta (%17.2), 1 Pyrrophyta (%1.7), 10 Chrysophyta (%17.2), 26 Chlorophyta (%44.9) türü olmak üzere toplam 58 takson bulunmuştur.

This study has been conducted during the period of May 1995 - May 1996 on species of algae that show a distribution in the Taşmanh and Bektaşağa Lakes in Sinop. The periodic collection of these samples were studied under the light microscope in morphologic and anatomic aspects. Thus revealing the systematic classification. Totally, 78 species of phytoplankton were determined. The distrubution of these species among divisions was found as follows: 13 species Cyanophyta, 10 species Euglenophyta, 1 species Pyrroplryta, 13 species Chrysoplryta and 41 species Chlorophyta. When the lakes are handled apart: 65 taxa were found in Bektaşağa Lake. Divisios are as follows: 12 Cyanophyta (18.5%), 10 Euglenophyta 15.3%), 12 Chrysophyta (18.5%), 31 Chlorophyta (47.7%). In Taşmanh Lake, 58 taxa were found that are distributed among the divisios; 11 Cyanophyta (19%), 10 Euglenophyta (17.2%), 1 Pyrrophyta (1.7%), 10 Chrysophyta (17.2%), 26 Chlorophyta (44.9%).
