Farklı Sulama Suyu Kalitesinin Tütün (Nicotiana Tabacum Sp.) Bitkisinde Verim ve Kalite Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, farklı sulama suyu kalitesinin tütün (Nicotiana tabacum sp.) bitkisinin verimine, bazı kalite parametrelerine ve toprak tuzluluğu üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu tuzluluk denemesi tesadüfi parseller deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrür olacak şekilde saksılarda yürütülmüştür. Çalışma, üstü plastik örtü ile kapatılmış bir alanda yürütülmüştür. Deneme 6 farklı tuzluluk konusuna (T0 = 0.38 dS/m, T1 = 2 dS/m, T2 = 5 dS/m, T3 = 8 dS/m, T4 = 11 dS/m, T5 = 15 dS/m) göre oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen verilere göre, sulama suyu tuzluluğu arttıkça bitki boyu, yaprak eni, yaprak boyu, yaprak yaş ağırlığı, yaprak kuru ağırlığı, yaprak klorofil miktarı ve yaprak sayılarında azalma görülmüştür. Sulama suyu artışında tüm incelenen fiziksel parametrelerin düşüşü karşısında nikotin oranlarında belirli bir artışın olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bitkinin kullandığı kök bölgesi topraklarındaki tuzluluk ile çıkış (drenaj) suyu topraklarındaki tuzluluk değerleri de artmıştır. Tütün bitkisinin tuzluluk eşik değeri 2.04 dS/m bulunmuş, birim tuzluluk artışına karşın yaprak kuru ağırlığında % 7.1 azalma meydana gelmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre tütün bitkisinin tuzluluğa hassas olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine the effects of different irrigation water quality on the yield of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum sp.) plant, some quality parameters and soil salinity. This salinity experiment was carried out in pots as 4 replicates were placed according to the random parcel trial design. The study was carried out on an area covered with a plastic cover. The experiment was based on 6 different salinity (T0 = 0.38 dS / m, T1 = 2 dS / m, T2 = 5 dS / m, T3 = 8 dS / m, T4 = 11 dS / m and T5 = 15 dS / m) . As the salinity of the irrigation water increased, the plant height, leaf width, leaf height, leaf dry weight, leaf chlorophyll amount and leaf number decreased according to the results obtained at the end of the study. It has been determined that there is a certain increase in nicotine ratios against the decrease of all examined physical parameters in the irrigation water increase. In addition, the salinity of the root zone soil used by the plant and the salinity value of the drainage water soil have also increased. The salinity threshold value of the tobacco plant was found to be 2.04 dS/m, % 7.1 decrease in leaf dry weight despite the increase in unit salinity. It has been determined that the tobacco plant is susceptible to salinity according to the obtained data.
