Küresel Dünya Düzeninde D-8 Örgütü'nün Makroekonomik Performansının İncelenmesi

Abstract

D-8 Örgütüne üye ülkelerin her biri jeopolitik öneme sahiptir. Türkiye açısından üye ülkeler ile sosyal ve ekonomik ilişkilerin geliştirilmesi Afro-Avrasya bölgesine ekonomik olarak açılmak anlamına gelmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu tez çalışmasında, D-8 örgütünün kuruluşundan günümüze kadar olan süreçte, örgütün sosyo-ekonomik başarısı irdelenip, örgütün küreselleşen dünya üzerinde ekonomik bir güç teşkil edip edemeyeceği sorusunun değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ancak görülmüştür ki, D-8 örgütü, 20 yıllık sürecinde makroekonomik performansını arttırmasına rağmen, üye ülkelerde yaşanan siyasi istikrarsızlık, ekonomik problemler ve kısa dönemli bunalımlar gibi etkenlerden ötürü atıl konuma getirilmiştir. Each member of the D-8 organization has geopolitical significance. In terms of Turkey, the development of social and economic relations with member countries infers opening up economically to the Afro-Eurosian region. In this context, the aim of this thesis is to investigate the socio-economic success of the organization from the foundation of the D-8 organization to the present and to evaluate the question of whether the organization can constitute an economic power on the globalizing world. However, it has been observed that although the D-8 organization has increased its macroeconomic performance in its 20-year period, it has been put in an idle position due to factors such as political instability, economic problems and short-term crises in the member countries.
