dc.description.abstractVertigo is a common symptom which is seen during the progress of some diseases. The mechanism of vertigo cannot be understood in detail. Therefore, many drugs are used in medical treatment of vertigo. In the present study medical treatment of vertigo up to date and its mechanism are reviewed and the changes of treatment which could be occured in the near future have been assessed.en_US
