Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de ıslah edilen iki yerli çeltik çeşidinin, yatma, verim ve verim öğeleri ile bazı kalite özelliklerinin, uygulanan bitki gelişim düzenleyicilerinden Trinexapac-Ethyl ve ekim sıklığının etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Samsun Ekolojik koşulları altında, Karadeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme arazisinde, 2009 ve 2010 yıllarında olmak üzere iki yıl yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, iki farklı çeltik çeşidi (Karadeniz, Osmancık-97), üç farklı ekim sıklığı (400-500-600 tohum/m2) ve dört farklı Trinexepac-Ethyl dozları (kontrol-10-20-30 g/da ) uygulanmış olup, deneme ?Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine? göre, faktöriyel düzenlemede, üç tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür.İki yıllık araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Trinexapac-Ethyl uygulamaları dekara çeltik verimini düşük ve orta dozlarda olumlu, yüksek dozlarda olumsuz etkilemiştir. Trinexapac-Ethyl uygulama dozları ele alınan karakterlerden yatma, bitki boyu, salkım uzunluğunu azaltırken, kardeşlenme ve kırıksız tane randımanını artırmıştır.Ekim sıklığının artması yatma ve metrekarede salkım sayısını artırırken, kardeşlenmenin ve salkım uzunluğunun azalmasına neden olmuştur. Sonuçta dekara çeltik verimi bakımından en uygun Trinexapac-Ethyl dozu 17 g/da olarak tespit edilirken, ekim sıklıkları arasında 500 tohum/m2 ekim sıklığının optimum olduğu ayrıca, çeşitler arasında en yüksek verimin Osmancık-97 çeşidinden elde edildiği saptanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Çeltik (Oryza Sativa L.), Ekim Sıklığı, Trinexapac-Ethyl , Bitki Boyu, Yatma, Verim, Verim Öğeleri
The aim of this study is to determine the effects of Trinexapac-Ethyl, one of the plant growth regulators, and sowing density on lodging, yield and yield components of some quality characteristics of two local rice breeds (Osmancık-97 ve Karadeniz), This study was conducted in 2009 and 2010 for two years on the experimental field of the Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute located in Samsun-Turkey. Two different rice varieties (Osmancik-97 and Karadeniz), three different sowing densities (400-500-600 seeds/m2) and four different doses of Trinexepac-Ethyl (control-10-20-30 g ai) were applied and the project was designed as randomised block design with three replicates.According to the results of two years of research; The effects of Trinexapac-Ethyl on the yield of paddy per hectare in low and middle doses of application were found effective, in contrast to negative effects of the higher doses. Trinexapac-Ethyl reduced lodging, plant height, panicle length of characters but increased tillering grain yield and milling rate.The increase of sowing density, increased lodging and number of panicle per square meter, but had led to a decrease in the length of panicle and tillering. As a result, 17 g/da ai Trinexapac-Ethyl applications were evaluated as the most suitable doses for the higher yield, moreover the optimum sowing density value was determined as 500 seeds/m2 and the maximum yield among all varieties was obtained from the Osmancik-97.Key words: Rice (Oryza sativa L.), sowing density, trinexapac-ethyl, plant length, lodging, yield, yield components
