Bilişim Teknolojileri Öğretmeni Rehberliğinde Branş Öğretmenlerinin Dijital Materyal Geliştirme Süreçlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı branş öğretmenlerinin, Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeni rehberliğinde dijital materyal geliştirme ve uygulama sürecinden sonra, dijital materyal geliştirmeye karşı algılarındaki değişikliklerin derinlemesine incelenmesidir. Aynı zamanda sonraki çalışmalara zemin hazırlayacak şekilde dijital materyal geliştirme süreci için önerilerde bulunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmaya aynı okulda görev yapan 12 branş öğretmeni katılmış ve tüm öğretmenler ile dijital materyal geliştirme etkinlikleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcı öğretmenlerle, dijital materyal geliştirme öncesinde ve sonrasında iki kez yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş, elde edilen veriler NVivo nitel analiz programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre; dijital materyallerin, Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeni rehberliğinde öğretmenler tarafından hazırlanmasının daha etkili olduğu ve öğretmenlerin derslerine teknolojiyi entegre etme konusunda Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeninin destekleyici etkisinin büyük olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin, Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeni ile birlikte hazırladıkları dijital materyallerin öğretmen ve öğrenciler üzerinde daha fazla etkiye sahip olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bununla birlikte Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeninin süreçteki rehberliği sayesinde öğretmenlerin, dijital materyal hazırlamaya ve bunları derslerinde kullanmaya karşı ön yargıları kırılmış olup, öz yeterliliklerinin geliştiği ve kendi potansiyellerinin farkına vardıkları ortaya çıkan sonuçlar arasındadır.

The purpose of this study is to conduct detailed examination about changes in the perceptions of the field teachers in relation to the development of digital material after digital material development and application process which was in the guidance of information technologies teacher. At the same time, it is aimed to offer proposals for the process of digital material development so as to prepare the ground for future studies. Case study as a qualitative research method have been used as the research method of the study. Twelve field teachers from the same school participated in the study and digital material development activities were conducted with each of the teachers. Two semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants before and after the development of the digital material and the obtained data were analyzed via NVivo qualitative data analysis program. According to the data obtained from the research; it has been understood that preparation of digital materials by teachers in the guidance of information technologies teaching is more effective. Also the supportive effect of the teachers of information Technologies in integrating the technology into the lessons of the teachers is noticeable. Similarly it has been concluded that digital materials developed by teachers with the guidance of information technologies teacher have more influence on the teachers and students. However, thanks to the ongoing guidance of information technologies teachers, the prejudices of teachers about preparing digital materials and using them in their lessons have been overcome, and their self-efficacy has developed by realizing their own potentials.
