Çocuklara Değer Aktarımında Türk Sinemasının Rolü: Kemal Sunal Filmleri Örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kemal Sunal'ın sanat hayatı boyunca 6'sı yan rol 76'sı başrol olmak üzere rol aldığı toplam 82 filmdeki değerlerin tespit edilmesi ve söz konusu filmlerin Türkçe derslerinde kullanılabilirliğinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada 'Sanat ürünlerinin, üretildiği toplumlara ilişkin değerleri ve kültür kodlarını bünyesinde bulundurmasının kaçınılmaz olduğu' düşüncesinden hareketle Kemal Sunal filmlerindeki değerler ve bu değerlerin kullanım sıklığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma, nitel araştırma yönteminin tarama modeli kullanılarak oluşturulmuş ve veriler içerik analizi metoduyla çözümlenmiştir. 82 film, hazırlanan Değer Tespit Formuna (DTF) göre izlenerek notlar alınmış ve sonrasında gerekli değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Kemal Sunal filmlerinde 29 değerin (adil olma, affedici olma, aile kurma ve aile birliğine önem verme, arkadaşlık, bilimsellik, cesaret, cömertlik, çalışkanlık, çevreye önem verme, demokrasi, dini değerler, duyarlılık, dürüstlük, emeğe saygılı olma, fedakârlık, iyi insan olma, misafirperverlik, öğüt verme, sabır, sağlıklı olmaya önem verme, saygı, sevgi, sorumluluk, takım ruhu ve dayanışma, temizlik, tutumlu olma, vatanseverlik, vefa, yardımseverlik) 1014 defa işlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca söz konusu filmlerde yer alan argo ve küfürlere, dinî ifadelere ve olumsuz davranışlara da yer verilmiştir. Kemal Sunal filmlerinde; sevgi değerinin (f324); %31,95'lik dilimle 1. sırada, saygı değerinin (f144); %14,20'lik dilimle 2. sırada, aile kurma ve aile birliğine önem verme değerinin (f120); %11,83'lük dilimle 3. sırada olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kemal Sunal filmlerinde en az kullanılan değerlerin ise; cömertlik, dürüstlük ve öğüt verme değerleri olduğu ve söz konusu değerlerin (f3); %0,30'luk dilimle son sırada yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Filmlerde tespit edilen değerlerin, öğrencilere değer aktarımı için kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir. Ancak filmlerde izlenilecek kısımların öğretmen tarafından belirlenmesine ve öğretmen denetiminde izlenmesine dikkat edilmelidir. Ayrıca çalışma neticesinde filmlere ilişkin değerlendirilmeler yapılarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Hem yaygınlığı hem de ulaşmadaki kolaylığı nedeniyle filmlerin de eğitim ortamında bir materyal olarak kullanılması bir zorunluluk hâline gelmiştir. Bu gerçekten hareket edilerek film ve videoların değer aktarımı amacıyla kullanılması yerinde bir uygulama olacaktır.

The aim of this study is to determine the values in totally 82 movies in which Kemal Sunal acted in the course of his acting life, as an understudy in 6 movies out of them and, as a leading actor in 76 movies out of them, and to specify the utility of those values in Turkish lessons. In the study, the values in Kemal Sunal movies and their use of frequency have been identified, taking the view: it is inevitable that art products include values and cultural codes related to the societies where they are produced, into consideration. This research was conducted by using the survey model of the qualitative research method and the data were analyzed by the content analysis method. 82 movies were recorded according to the Value Determination Form prepared and then the necessary evaluations were made. As a result of the study, in Kemal Sunal movies, the 29 values (fairness, forgiveness, family formation and family unity, friendship, being scientific, courage, generosity, diligence, care for the environment, democracy, religious values, sensitivity, honesty, respect for labour, sacrifice, being a good person, hospitality, giving advice, patience, giving importance to being healthy, respect, love, responsibility, team spirit and solidarity, cleanliness, sparing, patriotism, loyalty, charity) were determined to be processed 1014 times. In addition, the slang and curses in these movies, religious expressions and negative behaviours were also included. It has been identified that Kemal Sunal's movies include; love value (f324); 1st place with 31,95% slice, respect (f144); In the second place with 14,20%, the value of family building and giving importance to family unity (f120); in the 3rd place with 11,83% slice. The least used values in Kemal Sunal movies are; the values of generosity, honesty and advice and the values (f3); They were found to be the last place with 0,30% slice. It is thought that values identified in the films will be able to be used in transferring the values to the children, but it should be noted that the parts to be watched in the films be determined by teachers and watched under teacher's control. Moreover, some suggestions were tried to be made by evaluating the movies as a result of the study. Because of both its prevalence and ease of access, it has become a necessity to use movies as a material in the educational environment. From this reality, it will be a good practice to use movies and videos for value transfer.
