Abstract

Gebeliğin 3.trimesterinde teşhis edilen Cantrell Pentalojisi olgusunu sunduk. Fetüs da ektopia cordis, omfolosel, sternal defekt, sağ diafragma hernisi, bilateral polikistik böbrekler ultrasonografi ile tesbit edilidi. Fetüs intrauterin 34.üncü gebelik haftasında ex oldu. Cantrell pentaloji ile birlikte polikistik böbrekleri olan bir olgu gebelikte teşhis edildi. Bu kompleks sendromun etyolojisi belli değildir.
We reported one case of Cantrell's Pentalogy diagnosed in the third trimester of pregnansy. The fetus had ectopic cordis, omphalocele, a sternal defect, righ diaphragmatic hernia, bilateral polycystic kidneys, detected by sonography. Polycystic kidneys may be another characteristic of Cantrell's Pentalogy in pregnancy. The fetus died intrauterine at 34 week's. We describe one case of fetus with Cantrell's Pentalogy combined bilateral polycystic kidneys diagnosed in pregnancy. The etiology of this complex syndrome is uncertain.
