Azerbaycan'daki Öğretmenlerin Karşılaştıkları Mesleki Sorunlar

Abstract

The study is a descriptive research and was prepared to determine the professional problems faced by teachers in Azerbaijan. The sample of the research consists of 250 randomly selected teachers working in schools in Baku, Masallı and Zagatala cities of Azerbaijan within the scope of the 2019-2020 academic year. The data obtained from this study were collected with the help of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was taken from the study titled Problems That Preschool Teachers Face İn The Curriculum Implementation in 2010 by Erdem and adapted to the study subject. School administrators were interviewed for the application of the questionnaire. The questionnaire given consisted of six items, five of which were open-ended and forty-six of them were closed questions. During the data collection process, the reliability analysis of the test based on the Cronbach alpha method was performed. The reliability coefficient of the test was calculated as 0.911. The results indicated that the most frequently reported issues by the participants were the problems related to goals and achievements, plans and activities, educational environment and situation. In addition, the most common problems experienced by teachers in these areas were to determine goals and achievements suitable for each age group and developmental level, and to organize art, drama-music, science-mathematics and field trips activities. Çalışma betimsel bir araştırma olup Azerbaycan'dakı öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları mesleki sorunların belirlenmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılı kapsamında, Azerbayca'a bağlı Bakü, Masallı ve Zagatala şehirlerinde bulunan okullarda görev yapan 250 tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen veriler bir anket yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Anket Erdem tarafından 2010 yılında Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Eğitim Programını Uygulama Sırasında Yaşadığı Sorunlar isimli çalışmasından izin alınarak, çalışma konusuna uyarlanmıştır. Anketin uygulanması için okul idarecileri ile görüşülmüştür. Verilen anket altı maddeden oluşmuş, soruların beşi açık uçlu, kırk altısı kapalı sorudan oluşmuştur. Verilerin toplanması sürecinde Cronbach alfa yöntemine dayanan testin güvenirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Testin güvenirlik katsayısı 0,911 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları öğretmenlerin amaçlar ve kazanımlar, planlar ve etkinlikler, eğitim ortamı ve durumu ile ilgili alanlarda sorun yaşadıklarını göstermiştir. Ayrıca bu alanlarda öğretmenlerin en çok yaşadığı sorunlar her yaş grubuna, gelişim düzeyine uygun amaçlar ve kazanımların belirlenmesi, sanat, drama-müzik, fen-matematik ve gezi etkinliklerinin düzenlemesi olmuştur.
