Tükenmişlik ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışları Arasındaki İlişkiler: Hava Trafik Kontrolörleri Üzerinde Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, stresin bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan tükenmişlik ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişki dört bölümde incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde 'Stres' kavramı; stresin belirtileri, stresi yaratan faktörler, stresin bireysel ve örgütsel sonuçları, stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri incelenmiş ve örgütsel stres yönetimi konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümün ikinci kısmında ise 'Tükenmişlik' kavramı incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, 'Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı' kavramı; tarihsel gelişimi, benzer kavramlar, özellikleri ve türleri bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, 'Tükenme İle Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkiler' incelenmiştir. Hava trafik kontrolörleri üzerinde yapılan çalışmaya ait bilgi ve bulguların oluşturduğu son bölümde, araştırmaya ait hipotezler oluşturulmuş ve anket çalışması neticesinde elde edilen veriler ışığında yapılan analizler ve sonuçlar ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel tükenme ile ilgili olarak 'Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeğinden (Maslach Burnout Inventory-MBI)' faydalanılmıştır ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarını ölçmek için 'Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Ölçeği' kullanılmıştır. Söz konusu bulgular, SPSS 22.0 adlı programda analiz edilmiştir. Veri setinin faktör analizine uygunluğu 'Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) Örneklem Yeterliliği Testi' ve 'Bartlett Küresellik Testi' uygulanarak tespit edilmiştir. At this study, the relationships between burnout which emerges from stress and organizational citizenship behavior are discussed in four main sections. In the first part, the concept of 'Stress', the symptoms, factors, individual and organizational results of stress, the methods of coping with stress and 'Organizational Stress Management' are discussed. At the second part of this section, the concept of 'Burnout' is explained. In the second section, the concept of 'Organizational Citizenship Behaviors' is explained and also this section comprises its historical progress, the similar notions to it, its characteristics and sorts. In the third section of the study, 'The Relationship between Burnout and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors' are discussed. The final section which comprises information and findings of the study on the air traffic controllers, hypotheses of the study, the analysis performed in line with data of questionnaire and results of this analysis are presented. In the study, five-point Likert scale were used in order to evaluate the questions of the questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory-MBI were used concerning organizational Burnout and organizational citizenship scale were used in order to evaluate organizational citizenship behaviors. The findings were analyzed by the program called SPSS 22.0. The appropriateness of data for factor analysis was decided by using 'Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) Measure of Sampling Adequacy' and 'Bartlett's Test of Sphericity'. Cronbach  value was used in order to decide the reliability of the scales. Key Words: Stress, Burnout, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Air Traffic Controllers
