Ovarian Lenfoma: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Överde kitle nedeniyle cerrahi eksplorasyon yapılan 17 yaşındaki olguda malign ovarian lenfoma tesadüfi olarak tespit edildi. Cerrahi esnasındaki evrelendirme ve postoperatif araştırmalar, tümörün över dışına ve diğer overe de yayıldığının bulgularını ortaya koydu. Bu olgu nadir olduğu için yayınlandı. Cerrahi, klinik ve patolojik değerlendirme yapıldı. Bulgular literatürde verileriyle karşılaştırıldı.Malign ovarian lymphoma was incidentally identified in the ovary of a 17 years old patient who underwent surgical exploration for an ovarian mass. Careful search during surgery, as well as extensive postoperatif work up showed evidence of spread of tumor beyond the ovary and involved the other ovary. This case was reported because of it's rarity and the surgical, clinical and pathological evaluation are considered. Findings are compared with the data given in the literature.
