III Karadeniz'de Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss W. 1192) Yetiştiriciliğinde Kullanılan Pelet ve Ekstrüde Yemlerin Gelişmeye Etkisine İlişkin Bir Araştırma ÖZET Bu denemede Karadeniz' de gökkuşağı alabalıkları (Oncorhynchus mykiss W. 1792,) üzerinde iki farklı teknoloji (ekstrüde ve pelet yem teknolojisi) ile üretilmiş yemlerin balıkların gelişmeleri üzerine yaptıkları etkiler incelenmiştir. Denizde, dört kafesle yürütülen bu araştırmada, her bir kafese ortalama ağırlıkları 274 g civarında olan 100 adet gökkuşağı alabalığı stoklanmış ve gruplara canlı ağırlığın % 1.5 oranında ekstrüde yem (Eı grubuna), canlı ağırlığın % 1.5 oranında pelet yem (Pı grubuna), doyuncaya kadar ekstrüde yem (E2 grubuna) ve doyuncaya kadar pelet yem (P2 grubuna) olarak yemleme yapılmıştır. Deneme sonunda gruplardan elde edilen canlı ağırlık ortalamaları Eı grubu için 401.94 ± 7.16 g, Pı grubu için 377.70 ± 7.08 g, E2 grubu için 476.10 ± 8.37 g ve P2 grubu için 443.81 ± 9. 14 g olarak saptanmıştır. Deneme sonu ortalama canlı ağırlıklar arasında fark olup olmadığı t- testi ile incelenmiştir. Karşılaştırma yapılan grupların analiz sonuçlarına göre; Eı grubu ile Pı grubu, E2 grubu ile P2 grubu, Eı grubu ile E2 grubu ve Pı grubu ile P2 grubu arasındaki farklar istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (PO.05). Grupların sırasıyla yem değerlendirme sayılan, 1.62, 2.03, 2.01 ve 2.36, kondüsyon faktörleri değerleri 1.35, 1.26, 1.43 ve 1.31 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda balıklar üzerinde yapılan kesim ve kimyasal analiz sonuçlarından faydalanarak, balıkların hepatosomatik indeks, karaciğer ağırlığının toplam iç organ ağırlığına oranı, iç organ yağ birikimi, toplam iç organ oranı ve et oranı saptanmıştır. IV ABSTRACT In the present study, the effects of feeds which have been prepared with two different technologies (extrude and pellet feeds technology) have been examined. In the experiment which was realised in the sea with four cages, each of the cages 100 individuals of rainbow trout, whose mean weight was about 274 g, were stocked and with extrude and pellet feeds a ratio 15 % to the total weight of the fish were givento the Ei group and Pi group, respectively, extrude and pellet feeds were given to the fish until they were full to the E2 group and P2 group respectively. At the end of the experiment, the averages bady weight were determined 401.94 ± 7.16, 377.70 ± 7.08, 476.10 ± 8.37 g and 443.81 ± 9.14 g for Eı,Pı, E2 and P2 group respectively. At the and of the experiment, the whether the difference between the avarage body weights or not were examined by t-test. According to the analyzis results compared group, the difference between Ei group with Pi group, E2 group with P2group, Eigroup with E2 group and Pi group with P2 group were found significant (PO.05). Feed conversion rates of 1.62, 2.03, 2.01 and 2.36, have been obtained, respectively while final condition factors in the groups have been recorded as 1.35, 1.26, 1.43 and 1.31 respectively. At the and of the experiment, hepatosomatic index, the ratio of liver weight to total visceral weight, visceral fat rate, total viscera rate, eatable meat rate and the levels of protein, fat, ash, dry matter have been determined finally through slaughtering.
