Karadeniz'de Avlanan Balıklarda İnfeksiyöz Pankreotik Nekrozis (IPN), Viral Hemorajik Septisemi (VHS) ve İnfeksiyöz Hematopoetik Nekrozis (IHN) Virüs Enfeksiyonlarının Epidemiyolojisi

Abstract

Türkiye' de ve Dünya' da İnfeksiyöz Pankreatik Nekrozis (IPN), Viral Hemorajik Septisemi (VHS) ve İnfeksiyöz Hematopoetik Nekrozis (IHN) enfeksiyonları en önemli viral hastalıklar olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu amaçla; Orta ve Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesinde 6 ilde doğal yolla avlanan 8 balık türün İnfeksiyöz Pankreatik Nekrozis (IPN), Viral Hemorajik Septisemi (VHS) ve İnfeksiyöz Hematopoietik Nekrozis (IHN) viral nükleik asitleri yönünden araştırıldı. Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon ve Rize illerinden doğal yolla avlanan istavrit, barbunya, mezgit, zargana, hamsi, levrek, alabalık ve kefal balıklarından toplamda 1290 adet balık örneği toplandı. Toplanan balık örneklerinden her bir havuzda 5 balık örneği olacak şekilde gruplandı ve bu balıkların iç organlarından (böbrek, dalak, karaciğer, kalp, beyin) homojenizatlar oluşturuldu. Daha sonra homojenizatlar real-time reverse transcriptase PCR (rtRT-PCR) metodu ile araştırılması yapılan viral ajanlar yönünden test edildi. Moleküler tarama sonucunda örneklenen balık türlerinin hiçbirinde IHNV, VHSV ve IPNV nükleik asidi tespit edilemedi. Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde doğal yolla avlanan bu 8 balık türünde IHNV, IPNV ve VHSV nükleik asitlerin tespit edilememesi bölgede bu enfeksiyonların olmadığı anlamına gelmemekte aksine konu ile ilgili daha kapsamlı çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğunu düşündürmektedir. Infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN), viral hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) and infectious hematopoietic necrosis (IHN) infections are considered as the most important viral diseases in Turkey and the world. For this purpose; 8 fish species caught naturally in 6 provinces in the Middle and Eastern Black Sea region were investigated in terms of infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN), viral hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) and infectious hematopoietic necrosis (IHN) viral nucleic acids. A total of 1290 fish samples were collected from naturally caught horse mackerel, red mullet, haddock, red sea houndfish, anchovy, sea bass, trout and mullet from the provinces of Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon and Rize. The fish samples collected were grouped as 5 fish samples in each pool and homogenates were formed from the internal organs of these fish (kidney, spleen, liver, heart, brain). Homogenates were then tested with real-time reverse transcriptase PCR (rtRT-PCR) method in terms of viral agents. As a result of the molecular scanning, IHNV, VHSV and IPNV nucleic acid was not found in any of the sampled fish species. The fact that IHNV, VHSV and IPNV nucleic acids could not be detected in these 8 fish species naturally caught in Eastern and Middle Black Sea region does not mean that these infections do not exist in the region; on the contrary, this suggests that more comprehensive studies are needed on the subject.
