Atriyal Septal Defekt ve Retrosternal Toksik Guatr için Aynı Seansta Cerrahi Tedavi: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Atriyal septal defekt ve retrosternal toksik guatrın birlikte bulunduğu 55 yaşında kadın hasta, ameliyat öncesinde 20 gün süreyle uygulanan 300 mg/gün dozunda peroral propiltiourasil tedavisi ardından aynı seansta ameliyat edildi. Ameliyat sonrası hiçbir sorunu olmayan hasta altıncı günde taburcu edildi. Hastada altı aylık takip sırasında herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşılmadıA 55-year-old female patient underwent surgery in the same session for atrial septal defect and retrosternal toxic goiter following treatment with 300 mg/day propylthiouracil for 20 days. After an uneventful postoperative course she was discharged on the sixth day of operation. No complications were encountered during a follow-up of six months.
