Çocuğa Yönelik İstismarda Farklı Bir Boyut: Çocuk Pornografisi

Abstract

Psikososyal gelişimini tamamlamamış ve yaşı küçük olan bir çocuğun yetişkin tarafından cinsel uyaran olarak kullanılması, çocuğa yönelik cinsel istismarın en genel tanımıdır. Çocuk istismarı tipleri içerisinde saptanması en zor olan cinsel istismar, çok değişik görünümlerde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sözel istismar, dokunma, teşhircilik, röntgencilik, çocuğu pornografide ve fuhuşta kullanma çocuğa karşı cinsel istismarın bazı değişik görünümleridir. Çocuk pornografisi, çocuğun cinsel davranışı ya da organları üzerinde odaklanan yazılı ve işitsel gereçler de dâhil olmak üzere, çocukların cinsel istismarını göstermenin ya da teşvik etmenin her türlü yolu olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Dünyada, 300.000 – 600.000 arasında 16 yaşından küçük çocuk pornografi endüstrisinde kullanılmaktadır ve çocuk pornografisi milyon dolarla ifade edilen bir iş sahası konumundadır. İnternetin hızlı bir şekilde yaygınlaşması, gerek çocukların pornografik sitelere girişini gerekse pornografik sitelerde çocukların kullanılmasını yaygınlaştırmış ve kolaylaştırmıştır. Çocuk pornografisi varlığı yerel, ulusal ve uluslar arası düzeyde var olan gerçek ve acil olarak çözülmesi gereken bir sorundur. Bu nedenle yerel ve ulusal çabalar küresel işbirliği ile desteklenmelidir.

The exploitation of a psycho-socially immature child as a sexual stimulus by an adult is the common definition of child abuse. Of all the forms of child abuse, sexual abuse is the most difficult to be determined and may have different forms. Verbal abuse, touch, indecent exposure, voyeurism, exploitation of a child for pornography and prostitution are some of the different forms of sexual abuse of a child. Child pornography is defined as the act of either displaying or encouraging the sexual abuse of children, including written and audio devices focusing on child‘s sexual behaviour or the child‘s genitals. In the world, 300.000 to 600.000 children under 16 are being used in pornography industry. Moreover, child pornography has become a business of million dollars. The rapid widespread of internet has made the access of children to pornographic sites and the exploitation of children in pornographic sites easier. That child pornography exists is a local, national and international problem to be solved urgently. Therefore, local and national endeavour must be supported by global collaboration.
