Giresun’da Düzensiz Kentleşmenin Teyyaredüzü ve Hacı Siyam Mahalleleri Örneğinde İncelenmesi

Abstract

Kent; doğal faktörler le beşer faktörler n karşılıklı etk leş m n n çok kompleks olarak gerçekleşt ğ ve buna bağlı olarak başta çarpık kentleşme olmak üzere, traf k yoğunluğu, gürültü k rl l ğ , atıkların çevrey olumsuz etk lemeden ortadan kaldırılması ve hava k rl l ğ g b çeş tl sorunların yaşandığı yerleş m b r m d r. Kent n varlığı ve sağlıklı gel ş m doğal ve beşer faktörler n sağladığı olanaklara bağlı olduğu g b bu unsurların d kkatl b r şek lde değerlend r lmes le yakından l şk l d r. Çalışmamızda, G resun'un kentleşme sürec üzer nde etk l olan ve kent n mekan organ zasyonunu şek llend ren doğal ve beşer faktörler üzer nde kısaca durulmuştur.
