A case of 23 weeks old twin pregnancy was terminated because multiple fetal anomalies were diagnosed on ultrasonographic examination. Both fetuses had omphalocele, cloâcal exstrophy, and meningocele. One had spinal deformity with diaphragmatic defect aswell. In both fetuses chromosome analysis from the cord blood and the TORCH panel were normal. These anomalies were competative with the OEIS complex.
