Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-Henriot (Acari: phytoseiidae)' in laboratuvar koşullarında Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval (Acari: Tetranychidae)'u tüketim kapasitesi ve bazı akarisitlerin bu iki tür üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Samsun’da hıyar ve fasulye bitkileri üzerinden toplanılarak elde edilen Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias- Henriot (Acari: Phytoseiidae)’in bir ergin disi bireyinin, Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval (Acari: Tetranychidae)’u tüketim kapasitesi laboratuvar kosullarında arastırılmıstır. Bu amaçla hücre kültürü yönteminden yararlanılmıstır. Ayrıca Samsun’da T. cinnabarinus mücadelesinde yaygın olarak kullanılan dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane), hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin) ve tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC)’nin P. persimilis ve T. cinnabarinus’a etkileri ile, bu iki tür için LC50 ve LC90 degerleri de belirlenmistir. Akarisitlerin etkinlik ve LC degerleri daldırma yöntemi ile saptanmıstır. Çalısmada P. persimilis’in T. cinnabarinus’u tüketim kapasitesi 22.620.98 larva/gün, 16.570.3 deutonimf/gün, 4.500.13 ergin disi/gün ve 20.470.12 erkek/gün olarak tespit edilmistir. P. persimilis ve T. cinnabarinus’un tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kordion V-18 EC)’ye, dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane) ve hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin)’den daha hassas oldukları belirlenmistir. Bu pestisitlerin T. cinnabarinus için LC50 ve LC90 degerleri ise sırası ile dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane)’de, 580.69 mg/lt ve 1028.58 mg/lt, hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin)’de, 667.48 mg/lt ve 1513.47 mg/lt, tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC)’de, 514.69 mg/lt ve 1397.60 mg/lt olarak tespit edilmistir. P. persimilis’deki LC50 ve LC90 degerleri ise, dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane) için, 15.84 mg/lt ve 157.27 mg/lt, hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin) için, 51.82 mg/lt ve 957.84 mg/lt, tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC) için, 9.46 mg/lt ve 82.73 mg/lt kadardır.

Consumption capacity of one adult female Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-Henriot (Acari: Phytoseiidae) collected on cucumber and bean plants in Samsun on Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval (Acari: Tetranychidae) was investigated by using cell culture method. Also, the effects and LC50 and LC90 values of dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane), hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin) and tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC) commonly used in cucumber greenhouses in Samsun region to control of T. cinnabarinus were studied on P. persimilis and T. cinnabarinus. The effects and LC values of this acaricides were investigated by slide dipping method. Consumption capacity of P. persimilis have been found as 22.62±098 larvae/day 16.57±0.23 deutonymph/day, 4.50±0.13 mature female/day and 20.47±0.12 male/day. It was determined that P. persimilis and T. cinnabarinus are the more sensitive to tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC) than dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane)and hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin). The LC50 and LC90 values of the acaricides for T. cinnabarinus have been determined as 580.69 mg/lt and 1028.58 mg/lt for dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane), 667.48 mg/lt and 1513.47 mg/lt for hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin), 514.69 mg/lt and 1397.60 mg/lt for tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC). Also, LC50 and LC90 values for P. persimilis have been determined as 15.84 mg/lt and 157.27 mg/lt for dicofol 195 gr/lt (Hekthane), 51.82 mg/lt and 957.84 for hexythiazox 50 gr/lt (Alfasorin), 9.46 mg/lt and 82.73 mg/lt for tetradifon 75 gr/lt (Kor-dion V-18 EC).
