Abstract

35-year-old female patient came to our clinic with complaints of blurred vision and low vision. Her examination showed that optic disc of the left eye was normal and there were prevalent white lesions located in the deep layers of retina with more lesions at the macula temporal. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) showed hyperfluorescence lesions in the early period and coloration in the later period. The findings brought multiple evanescent white dot syndrome to mind. No treatment was started and the patient's control a week later showed her vision at the level of 0.6 snellen scale. The examination four weeks later showed complete visual acuity and fundus examination was normal. © 2016 Gazi Eye Foundation. All Rights Reserved.
