Abstract

Introduction: Ureteral complications could be observed during ureteral procedures. Ureteral avulsions could require an additional procedure to restore the continuity of the urinary tract. Nephrectomy, ileal ureter interposition, transureteroureterostomy and autotransplantation are the possible theurapeutic options. We reported an autotransplantation following total avulsion of the ureter secondary to a ureteric intervention and discussed this theurapeutic procedure.
