The Control of Treadle Sewing Machines with Wristbands Control System for Persons with Walking Disabled
Abstract
In this study, a Wristbands Control System (WCS) that allowing as a wireless the remote control of some machines that controlled by pedal with the help of the foot, in the sectors such as socks, apparel, knitting, hosiery, have been desinged and developed. The design has features like increase efficiency and performance according to the business's property while providing ease of use with a wireless connection. One of the most important properties of performed control wristband is a structure that do not prevent hands's ability do the job, while the machine control. The WCS will also be able to adapt to the pedal machines used in the current system easily and the components of the original machine also will not be any harm. The other features of WCS are: sensitivity wrist does not tire, light weight, comfortable usability, aesthetic appearance, ergonomic design, in the same environment to operate multiple. etc. The performed WCS has been available to people with walking disabled, has received full marks from the experiments in sector.
