Abstract

This article will discuss that whether readers hear or ignore the voice of literary text how influence on the formation of the meaning of literary text via concepts of hermeneutics of suspicion and hermeneutics of faith. Accordingly, the role that a reader who really strive to understand a literary text should sincerely undertake; allow the text to say something to herself/himself without leaving her/his goodwill. This position of reader is away from suspicious attitude that obstacle to the text saying something to herself/himself. But this relation also (between reader and language of literary text) is a position that does not fall into a pure naivety rather than based on blindly faith.
